Brown leather on pasteboard. Stamped arabesque centrepiece, gilded (design close to but definitely not identical with Pearson, 'Cambridge', C14). Three-line blind fillets to the edges. On seven thongs, rebacked. Remnant of green cord tie in situ in lower station on back board; stubs of two ties at upper board. Same style of binding used on Harsnett, H.f.29. At very top of fore-edge, title written horizontally, preceded by '14. D. 2'.
