Notes

The bifolium is made of notably thick parchment, which makes it suitable for its reuse, a the cover to this holster book. However, that host was slightly taller than the bifolium on its side and so the fragment was extended by stitching on patches of parchment of irregular size. Underneath one is fragment (2).
