[Editorial Note] See H. Angles, El codex polifoniá de las Huelgas, Barcelona 1931, pp. 228--31. The medieval leaf-numbers, 70, 71, 76, 77, 81, 82, 83, 88, 89, 90, suggest that these leaves were nos. 3, 4, 9, 10 in one quire of 12 leaves and nos. 2--4, 9--11 in the next quire. One bifolium was the wrapper of Comp. Ball. 3--5 Henry VIII.
